That is why it is important that you know some of its basic principles, which bring improvements to any activity.<\/p>\n<p>To start, we are going to define what a product or service with quality is. The consultant Vicente Falconi, one of the main Brazilian specialists in the subject, states that \u201cit is that which <strong>always<\/strong> fulfills perfectly and in a <strong>reliable<\/strong> manner, in an <strong>accessible<\/strong> way, safely and<strong> at the right time<\/strong> to the<strong> customer\u2019s requirements<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>In this definition, we highlight certain aspects, which are among the basic principles of quality:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Constance \u2013 it no good doing well only once. The commitment with quality must be permanent.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Reliability \u2013 the customer need to be sure that it will receive what it expects.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Easy access \u2013 what you offer must be available always, with the same quality standard.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Execution of terms \u2013 fulfilling the term arranged is anessentialpart of any supply of quality.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Customer satisfaction \u2013 this is the first principle of total quality. It is necessary to meet its requirements fully and, whenever possible, exceed its expectations.<\/p>\n<p>The other main principle of quality is the <strong>continuous improvement<\/strong>. That means you can\u2019t just keep doing something because it\u2019s working. It is extremely important to look for improvements on the products and\/or services executed, because the customers needs and demands are always changing.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Finally, there is one fundamental principle that cannot be forgotten: The non-acceptance of errors.
